HOW TO USE

Working from the inner corners of your eyes outward, draw the kajal eyeliner along your top lashes, then trace along the lower lash line if you're in the mood.

To create a sultry, smoky look, go over the eyeliner with the smudge brush on the other end of the tool.

Line your inner rims for added definition and drama.
