Rimmel London Lip Conditioning Balm is a lip balm with SPF15 that protects and moisturises the lips. It is specially formulated to work in harmony with lipstick. When applied, lips stay moisturised for up to eight hours.

DIRECTIONS:

Apply Kate lip balm before lipstick for moisturised lips. Apply in one smooth stroke to for an incredibly longlasting finish. Lip balm can also be applied to other dry areas on the face. Use your fingers to apply a small amount of balm to your nose, cheeks, and other areas that could use moisture.
