Although they promise delivery in 2 to 3 business days in most parts of the country, my package took 14 days to arrive after I ordered it.

Poor customer service (no proactive follow up, being told off for asking any status, no patience from the customer service agent) and poor delivery providers (no updates for 13 days) result in a bad experience and deliveries that take two weeks. Meanwhile, you won't be able to cancel or get a refund or your order or even an empathetic response. That's pretty bad. My first (and definitely last) order through brands.co.nz. I wanted to save some cash, but at what cost?
