Shipping

Priority Dispatch is an option at checkout, selecting it will have your order pushed to the front of the line for our fulfilment center to process.

NOTE: Order between 7am-2pm for priority dispatch

On average 1-3 business days for urban delivery. This can vary depending on other factors such as rural deliveries and bulk items.

If it has been more than 2 business day since ordering and you are yet to receive delivery tracking details, please first check your email spam or promotion folder to see if the email has been directed there, if not please contact us.

Depending on how long it has been since you placed your order it could be a number of places.

The following are estimates...

Less than 1 business day since order - Still to be dispatched or has been picked up by the courier

1-3 business days - picked up by the courier and in transit if not already delivered.

Please check your emails for a tracking email, we also advise to look in the spam folder or promotions tab in your email.

For rural and bulk deliveries please allow 1-2 extra business days on top of estimates above.

If you still have a question or its been longer than 5 business days since ordering please contact us.

Please check your spam or promotions folders within your email inbox. If you can not locate it in there and it has been 2 business days since ordering, please contact us.

We have a couple of options, either we can open an investigation as to where this may have been delivered to, please note this can take up to 10 days, or you could phone your local courier and get an update from them, they can give you more information in regards to your property, where the item was left etc,

Although we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

Please note, if you're waiting on a rural delivery these can be scanned delivered when handed to the rural courier driver, please allow 2 business days if this is the case and contact us if it has been longer than that.

Please check your confirmation email to ensure all items on your order were fulfilled, if so and you haven't received everything please contact us.

If not then items in your order have been split and sent separately, this can also be the case if your order contains a special item like a pre order.

We currently have 1-2 working day dispatch time on most items.

This will generally be because your item is waiting to be picked up by the courier, if it has been 2 working days since you ordered and there is still not activity on the tracking please contact us.

Returns

If you have received the wrong product or your item is faulty a free returns label will be emailed to you. You will need to print this label, repackage the item securely and drop it at your local post shop. If you change your mind shipping is non-refundable and you will be required to send it back to our head office at your own cost.

Returns take an average of 3-7 days to process. Please note, the refund transaction will come from that payment gateway provider you selected, e.g. Afterpay so please allow time for this. For any queries get in touch.

You may be eligible to exchange if your item is un-opened, un-used in original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it within 30 days of ordering. Due to the nature of the adult items we sell, we can't accept returns for change of mind purposes.

The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a refund and place another order. We can issue a straight refund or a credit for you to reorder what you would like once we receive the return.

Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as you get your item so we can investigate and get the correct item to you ASAP.

You can still return your purchase to us by mail. Once we start the return process, we will notify the buy now pay later service of the return and begin to process the refund. Note the credit/debit card that you used to place the order will be processed by the payment gateway. So, if you paid using Afterpay the refund will be processed via Afterpay.

You may be eligible to exchange at your own cost if your item is un-opened, un-used in original packaging and in the same condition as you received it in. Excludes Adult products.

Payment Gateways

Laybuy is a third party company.

Laybuy offers online shoppers a simple interest free payment plan that lets you secure your purchase today and pay for it in 6 equal payments, once a week for 6 weeks.

The first payment (1 out of 6) of the order total will be paid the day of order placed.

The remaining 5 payments are processed each week on the day of your choice.

All payments will be automatically withdrawn from the provide card.

Please select Laybuy as a payment method when in the checkout process.

You will then be redirected to the corresponding website, where you will need to sign up.

They will complete a credit check on all customers.

Afterpay offers online shoppers a simple interest free payment plan that lets you secure your purchase today and pay for it in 4 equal payments.

Only pay 1/4 of the total today and the remaining balance will be split into instalments that are due every two weeks. (Interest free)

We then ship the items straight away and you can pay the rest later. All payments will be automatically withdrawn from the card provided.
