Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to all orders over $75; however, a $6 surcharge applies for rural deliveries.

Priority Dispatch

Priority dispatch is available for a $4 fee. This ensures that your order is prioritised for picking. Please note this does not change the courier service and is not available for rural deliveries

Weekends and Public Holidays

Our Customer Service Centre and Warehouse will be closed on weekends and public holidays. We will process your order when our office and/or warehouse reopens for trade.

Rural Delivery

Rural addresses are welcome but due to the nature of rural deliveries, transit time is longer. All rural address are non-signature required. All rural orders will be delivered within 24-48hrs of the delivery status on tracking numbers.

A surcharge will be charged in addition to the normal shipping rate for a rural delivery.

Chatham, & Stewart Islands

We are unable to ship to the Chatham Islands. Orders to Stewart Island incur a surcharge.

Great Barrier Island

For purchases to be sent to the Great Barrier Island, we will deliver to your mainland freight forwarder as per our standard delivery costs, usually Barrier Airlines, from that point, it is your responsibility to arrange delivery at your cost.

What is Priority Dispatch?

Priority Dispatch is an option at checkout, selecting it will have your order pushed to the front of the line for our fulfilment center to process.

NOTE: Order between 7am-2pm for priority dispatch

How long does delivery usually take?

On average 1-3 business days for urban delivery. This can vary depending on other factors such as rural deliveries and bulk items.

What if I haven't received my tracking number?

If it has been more than 2 business day since ordering and you are yet to receive delivery tracking details, please first check your email spam or promotion folder to see if the email has been directed there, if not please contact us.

Where is my order?

Depending on how long it has been since you placed your order it could be a number of places.

The following are estimates...

Less than 1 business day since order - Still to be dispatched or has been picked up by the courier

1-3 business days - picked up by the courier and in transit if not already delivered.

Please check your emails for a tracking email, we also advise to look in the spam folder or promotions tab in your email.

For rural and bulk deliveries please allow 1-2 extra business days on top of estimates above.

If you still have a question or its been longer than 5 business days since ordering please contact us.

Why have I not received a dispatch or confirmation email?

Please check your spam or promotions folders within your email inbox. If you can not locate it in there and it has been 2 business days since ordering, please contact us.

Why does my order say delivered but I don’t have it?

We have a couple of options, either we can open an investigation as to where this may have been delivered to, please note this can take up to 10 days, or you could phone your local courier and get an update from them, they can give you more information in regards to your property, where the item was left etc,

Although we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

Please note, if you're waiting on a rural delivery these can be scanned delivered when handed to the rural courier driver, please allow 2 business days if this is the case and contact us if it has been longer than that.

What if I am missing an item?

Please check your confirmation email to ensure all items on your order were fulfilled, if so and you haven't received everything please contact us.

If not then items in your order have been split and sent separately, this can also be the case if your order contains a special item like a pre order.

What is the dispatch time?

We currently have 1-2 working day dispatch time on most items.

Why has tracking not changed since my order left?

This will generally be because your item is waiting to be picked up by the courier, if it has been 2 working days since you ordered and there is still not activity on the tracking please contact us.
