Return and Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy*. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase with us, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for another product.

If you have an order you would like to return, please fill out the form above and we will get back to you with your return label if eligible.

You must return the item without any undue delay, and in any event within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from making the exchange request via our customer service team. Please return the items using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and other documents, if any, accompanying the items.

In the event your order does not arrive, to be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 10 days of dispatch to allow for the required 14-day investigation period.

If you cancel your order during non-contact service hours or once the item has been dispatched, it will then need to be put through a returns process. 

*excludes damaged items. If your item arrives damaged you must notify our customer service team within 5 days of the delivery date.

*excludes Adult products. We do not accept returns on Adult products unless damaged or faulty, in which case a replacement will be sent if the returns process for damaged goods is followed correctly.
