Return and Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy*. If 60 days have passed since your purchase with us, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for another product.

If you have an order you would like to return, please complete the form above, and we will contact you with a return label if eligible.

You must return the item without undue delay, and in any event, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date you make the exchange request via our customer service team. Please return the items, using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and any accompanying documents.

If your order does not arrive, to be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 10 days of dispatch, allowing for the required 14-day investigation period.

If you cancel your order during non-contact service hours or after the item has been dispatched, it will then need to undergo a returns process. 

*excludes damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, please notify our customer service team within five days of the delivery date.
